It is still in the beta test phase, so please do not make crucial decisions based on the results you get from it. More codecs will be added in time so come back and check on it now and then. The padlock symbol indicates that the value it is next to is fixed to the currently selected audio or video codec, or the current preset. You can still change the values in anything with a lock by it, but the results might not make sense.
